When do Pro and Enterprise go live?
Payment infrastructure is in final setup. Join the waitlist on any tier — we will email you the moment signups open. No credit card captured until you explicitly subscribe.
Why is the Free tier good enough for most people?
Free includes the full public dashboard + a weekly curated brief. If you only check the SG deep tech landscape occasionally or are doing research, Free is probably enough. Pro adds daily briefing cadence, full archive search, keyword alerts, and CSV export — worth it if you are operationally dependent on this data.
Is Pro worth S$99/month?
If it saves you one hour per week of manual GeBIZ/WIPO/grant monitoring, yes — at Singapore consultant rates that is ~S$150–250 of time saved weekly. Pro users typically save 3–5 hours.
How does Enterprise differ from Pro?
Enterprise adds team seats, Slack integration, API access, custom AI relevance rules, and one custom scouting report per quarter ("find me 10 SG semiconductor packaging startups with <50 staff"). It is designed for innovation teams, trade offices, and corporate VCs.
Can I switch tiers later?

Do you offer refunds?
30-day money-back on annual plans, no questions asked. Monthly plans can cancel anytime with no future billing.
Is there a free trial?
Pro includes a 30-day free trial with card required at signup (held but not charged until day 31). Cancel anytime during the trial, no charge.
